White Chocolate with Edible Flowers Bark

We are so excited about this recipe – not only do we think it’s absolutely gorgeous but it reminds us of spring! Just looking at these bars makes us smell the beautiful flowers of spring and reminiscing less wintery climates. This is an amazing gift for a friend or on Mother’s Day as while it looks super fancy, it’s pretty easy to make!

INGREDIENTS

White Chocolate
Chocolate Food Coloring
Edible Flowers
Castor Sugar in different colors

HOW TO MAKE

Step 1. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2. Place the chocolates in a microwave-safe bowl and melt at 15 seconds intervals until completely melted.

Step 3. Using a spatula, spread the melted chocolate in an even layer on the baking sheet.

Step 4. Sprinkle edible flowers and colorful sugar all over then place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to cool.

Step 5. Once cooled and set, break the chocolate into pieces and serve.
