200g plain and mildly sweet biscuits
100g melted butter
1 tbs sugar syrup
100g chopped chocolate
100g dark chocolate to melt
1 tsp vanilla essence
200ml heavy cream

Step 1. Grind the biscuits in the food processor to create fine crumbs. Melt the butter and sugar syrup in a pan and mix it with biscuits. Add cocoa powder to the mixture and combine all thoroughly.
Step 2. Press the biscuit mixture into the base and sides of six 10cm loose-bottomed tart pans. Let the mixture chill for a while.
Step 3. Put milk and dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in medium settings for 20 seconds or until it melts completely. Let it cool for a little while.
Step 4. Stir in the vanilla and fold in the icing sugar. In a separate bowl, whisk the heavy cream until it is smooth and foamy, then fold into the melted chocolate mixture. Pour into the tart pans and chill for at least 2 hours or until the chocolate sets.
Step 5. To serve, drizzle the plates with melted chocolate, topped with extra whipped cream and sprinkle with shaved chocolate and cocoa powder. Decorate with strawberries and voila!
