Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- Vanilla Essence
- 250g mascarpone
- 20 Savoiardi Biscuits (Lady Fingers)
- 180ml strong coffee
- 4 tbsp Marsala wine
- Cocoa powder
Method:
- Step One: Beat the egg yolks with vanilla and mascarpone. Mix well
- Step Two: Beat the egg whites until stiff then fold into the mascarpone mix
- Step Three: Mix coffee & marsala wine then dip the Savoiardi Biscuits gently
- Step Four: Grab a rectangular bowl and line the base with the biscuits then top it with the mascarpone mix
- Step Five: Chill for an hour then dust with cocoa when you are ready to serve
